1. Who is responsible
FIXLAYER is a software product presented under the OLVERTH technology brand. The legal entity responsible for processing personal data for this beta and its business enquiries is Iadema Studio (the data controller).
Privacy enquiries: olverthsolutions@gmail.com.
If you need the controller's registered business address for privacy correspondence, please request it using the email above. A separate legal notice with full company details may be provided where required by applicable law.
2. What personal data we receive
If you request an Integrity Review through our external Tally form, we receive the information you choose to submit, which may include:
- Professional email address and company or product website.
- Billing tools and whether your product uses credits or usage-based billing.
- A description of the business issue and your interest in a paid assisted review.
- Subsequent correspondence sent to our contact address.
Our website host and form provider may also process technical data needed to deliver their services, such as request metadata, security logs and timestamps. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, customer-level financial records or sensitive personal data through the form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry details to assess whether a FIXLAYER Integrity Review is suitable, reply to your request, and, where requested, prepare a proposal. Where these steps are taken at your request before a potential agreement, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We may retain necessary correspondence to handle follow-up queries, prevent misuse and establish or defend legal claims, where the applicable basis is our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to your rights. Any legally required records are processed to meet the relevant legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not automatically enrol form respondents in marketing emails. We will give separate information and obtain consent where required before sending unrelated promotional communications.
4. Browser-local audits
The current public beta runs the CSV and JSON diagnostic checks in your browser. Its JavaScript code does not intentionally transmit the contents of selected files or generated reports to a FIXLAYER backend. The beta has no user account or server-side audit storage. Your browser may retain a downloaded report if you choose to export it.
This does not prevent ordinary technical requests and security logging by the hosting network. Please use synthetic or properly anonymised data during beta evaluation. We cannot verify the provenance or confidentiality of datasets you choose to handle in your browser.
5. Service providers and international processing
We use Tally to collect Integrity Review requests, Google Gmail to handle incoming business correspondence, and Cloudflare to serve the website.
Each provider processes information relevant to its service under its own terms and privacy arrangements. Some provider operations may involve international processing or transfers outside the EEA. Applicable safeguards and further details should be checked in the providers' current notices. In particular, a consumer Gmail account is not the same as a managed Google Workspace service with a business data-processing agreement.
We do not sell enquiry submissions to advertisers. We may disclose information if required by applicable law.
6. How long we keep information
For an enquiry that does not lead to an engagement, our operational retention target is up to 90 days after the last relevant correspondence. Relevant data may be kept longer when necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If you become a customer, additional contract and accounting retention terms will apply and will be disclosed separately.
This retention period applies to copies under our control, including the Tally response and related correspondence where deletable. Providers may maintain their own backups and security records according to their terms. If you request erasure, we will assess the request under applicable law.
7. Your data protection rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may also complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. Please contact olverthsolutions@gmail.com to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Providing your professional contact details is voluntary, but we cannot respond to an Integrity Review request without a way to contact you. Submission does not create a paid agreement. We do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects to accept or reject review requests.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this notice as the beta and services evolve. Changes will be published here with an updated effective date. Before introducing live integrations, paid accounts, behavioural analytics or marketing automation, we will review this notice and the associated data-processing arrangements.
